Capability 04 / Decision Receipts & Audit History

Record the decision so it can be opened again

Auxtho preserves which evidence was selected, the authorized reviewer's recorded statement that they inspected it, what the person decided, and the durable receipt tied to the exact review run. Audit history can open that receipt later.

A past approval or rejection remains connected to the evidence, exact run, authorization, and source trace that produced it.

The job in plain language

A reviewer decides whether a document can move forward

The important question later is not only “approved or rejected?” It is which evidence, version, reviewer, and run the decision actually covered.

Document or job

An evidence-bearing response or report

Selected passages support the claims the reviewer is being asked to approve or reject.

What Auxtho performs

Preserves the exact decision basis

Auxtho keeps the selected evidence, exact report version, reviewer inspection, decision, authorization, and audit record connected.

What a person decides

Approve or reject the exact reviewed run

The authorized reviewer inspects the selected evidence, attests that inspection, and makes the accountable decision.

What appears on screen

A durable receipt in Audit history

An authorized reviewer opens a past decision and sees the receipt, source trace, authorization, and exact report version that were reviewed.

What remains

A receipt that can be reconstructed later

The approved or rejected state stays tied to the exact historical thread, run, source trace, and audit chain.

Decision flow

From selected evidence to historical readback

01Selection basis

The record identifies the evidence chosen for this exact review run.

02Reviewer inspection

The authorized reviewer opens the source and submits an inspection attestation bound to the review snapshot.

03Human decision

The person approves or rejects the exact run; stale or unattested input writes no decision.

04Durable receipt

The decision, authorization, audit event, source trace, and bindings become one revalidated receipt.

05Audit history

An authorized workspace reviewer pages through bounded history and opens the exact past receipt by run identity.

Actual product screen

The historical receipt is readable without exposing the whole application

This public-safe crop shows the receipt panel after it is reopened from the Audit view.

Auxtho Audit receipt showing the exact reviewed version, selected evidence, human decision, authorization, and recorded result for one historical run.
The Audit view reconstructs the receipt for one exact historical run. The public-safe example uses synthetic reviewer and run labels.

Re-verified receipt

The review snapshot, authorization, audit chain, and source trace recompute before display.

DURABLE READBACK
Canonical source binding

The receipt exposes source reopening only when the finalized snapshot permits it.

EXACT HISTORICAL RUN
Ambiguous readback

An invalid or missing durable receipt stays unavailable instead of becoming a success state.

Current revalidation: 41 focused backend tests passed, TypeScript passed, and 45 receipt/history browser tests passed with the source-preview contract enabled. M138 separately records the real local Firestore Emulator query and cursor proof. The reviewer inspection field is an authenticated attestation, not proof of human comprehension; local durability and Emulator execution are not hosted GCP or customer-production evidence.
