What the work looks like

Choose the goal and permitted resources. Start the implemented workflow. Inspect the returned result and its record

01 / SELECT

Choose the result and resources

Set the goal. Select the permitted computer, model, tools and source material, together with the task’s limits

02 / RUN

Start the bounded work

Send an approved model request or start an implemented workflow. Execution uses the resources and scope assigned to that task

03 / REVIEW

Receive the result and its record

Inspect the returned answer or file, resources used and recorded checks. Keep the final decision in your hands

IMPLEMENTED CAPABILITIES

From resources to useful work

A model, source material and a tool

A recorded workflow combined a selected report, Gemma 3 27B and a registered validation tool to produce a saved Markdown brief with a linked receipt

Work across computers

Recorded Moirion and AgentRunner integrations delivered selected model requests and predefined work to another approved computer, with returned results available for review

Recover a completed result

The lost-acknowledgement trial recovered the result and evaluation after reconnecting, without a second execution or capability use

Resource-fit advisory, implemented

The local advisory evaluates supplied candidates and separates measured task fit from workload qualification. Inference candidates without comparable quality evidence remain unscored

What has been verified

Real execution. Recorded results

Dated records cover local models, app connections, a source–model–validator workflow, delegated work and recovery. Explore the completed run for each case

Open the record

18 September 2026Resource-fit advisory

Implemented and tested the local resource-fit advisory contract. It evaluates supplied candidates using their machine, model, runtime, configuration, workload and available quality evidence

19 September 2026Real model execution across computers

Executed Gemma 3 27B through the integrated Windows path, then completed a real Mac→Windows model request over an authenticated private-LAN connection

20 September 2026Moirion receives a Windows model answer

Moirion’s Mac development app explicitly selected a Windows RTX 5090 and Gemma 3 27B, received the answer and displayed its machine and model

20 September 2026Source, model and tool produce a brief

A selected report, Gemma 3 27B and a registered validation tool produced a saved Markdown brief. The receipt links its source, model, defined checks and output

21 September 2026AgentRunner work delivered and verified

AgentRunner delivered a predefined helper task from Mac to Windows. The helper executed under Windows OS controls; AgentRunner independently verified the returned artifact and attached its evaluation for human review

23 September 2026Windows local cancellation and cleanup

A local Windows cancellation probe verified the fixed helper’s cancellation path and required cleanup. This is local cancellation evidence; cross-device AgentRunner cancellation remains a separate development gate

26 September 2026A lost acknowledgement, a recovered result

A real lost-acknowledgement recovery test reopened the work from a new process and recovered its result and evaluation. Retained Windows state independently confirmed one execution and one capability use

RECORDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2026An iPhone answer from Windows

Moirion on iPhone received a real Gemma 3 27B response through Windows Metdol in a development build

5 October 2026An iPhone answer from its paired Mac

Moirion on iPhone sent “Return exactly BLUE.” to a paired Mac running gemma4:e4b and displayed BLUE with the connected Mac model identified

8 October 2026A selected Mac entry, revisited on iPhone

Moirion’s connected development preview answered an iPhone question about one explicitly selected synthetic Mac journal record using gemma4:e4b

These are dated development runs and local implementation records. Their evidence applies to the described builds, resources and workflows. The 5 October iPhone–Mac test sent one synthetic question without journal entries or photos. The 8 October follow-up used one explicitly selected synthetic record. Both are Moirion development connections using Metdol’s integration specification; public release and general Mac-runtime availability have separate acceptance requirements

What we are building next

In development

  • Extend proven AgentRunner execution and recovery to broader work; complete cross-device cancellation
  • Connect Metdol execution and resource-fit evidence to Auxtho's model-selection and invocation path
  • Validate repeated use across supported app and device configurations

Planned

  • Simpler device enrollment with QR or one-time codes
  • Persistent readiness, clear availability and automatic reconnection
  • Recommendations informed by completed work and reviewed outcomes
  • Personal and organisation sharing with separate access and results
  • Additional clients and connections beyond the demonstrated private-LAN paths
