What the work looks like

Write in your own voice. Return to what you kept. Ask when you want another perspective

01 / WRITE

Keep your own words

Leave a quick thought or a longer entry and save it in your archive. Writing and reading your journal work independently of AI

02 / RETURN

Revisit an entry you choose

Read the original and ask about it. On iPhone, search by year, month or day, or open the calendar to see which days have entries

03 / MAKE IT YOURS

Find your own writing space

Choose Notebook, A4, Sage, Glass or Midnight on Mac. On iPhone, choose Notebook, White, Midnight or Glass. You can change your style later in Settings

IMPLEMENTED CAPABILITIES

A journal, made personal

Choose where the answer comes from

Use Apple on-device AI on a compatible iPhone, or choose a compatible conversation model installed in Ollama on your Mac. The conversation shows the AI path and model used

Words and drawings, on the same page

On Mac, write and draw in the same entry. In Glass, your marker can reach across the Moirion window, including menus and open panels. Choose your own colors, keep five favorites, and arrange them in the order you like. Pin a drawing as your background inside Moirion, then add new strokes over it

Keep documents alongside your notes

On Mac, import supported text, Markdown, PDF and Word (.docx) files into your archive

Your journal, your choice

Keep your journal locally and choose the entry you want AI to use. In the paired-computer preview, each question has its own approval, and only the approved content is shared for that request

MOIRION × METDOL / 5 OCT 2026

From your phone to your paired Mac model

On 5 October, Moirion on iPhone received a paired Mac model’s answer using Metdol’s integration specification. An 8 October follow-up answered a question about one explicitly selected Mac journal entry. The image records the earlier question-only run

What has been verified

Your journal on your phone. A local model on your computer

Development results show Moirion receiving local-model answers from Windows and Mac computers on the same local network, with the computer and model identified alongside the response

Open the record

20 SEPTEMBER 2026 / MAC → WINDOWSA local answer from another computer

Moirion's Mac development app sent a user-approved request through Metdol to a Windows RTX 5090 computer running Gemma 3 27B through Ollama. A Korean response returned to Moirion, with the computer and model shown in the app. The connection used pinned mutual TLS, and the one-shot listener closed after completion

RECORDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2026 / IPHONE → WINDOWSThe model runs on Windows. The answer comes back to iPhone

A real iPhone 18 Pro received a response from Gemma 3 27B through Windows Metdol. The direct-endpoint test authenticated the iPhone, verified the response and its model origin, and completed the synthetic “Return exactly BLUE.” request. The returned answer was BLUE, with a trailing newline normalized for comparison

5 OCTOBER 2026 / IPHONE → MACAn answer from your paired Mac

On the same local network, a real iPhone 18 Pro sent “Return exactly BLUE.” to its paired Mac running gemma4:e4b through Ollama. Moirion displayed BLUE and identified “Paired Mac · gemma4:e4b.” This question-only test included no journal entries or photos. The Mac connection is implemented in Moirion using Metdol's integration specification

8 OCTOBER 2026 / A SELECTED MAC ENTRY → IPHONE QUESTIONRevisit a Mac entry from your phone

In the development preview, an iPhone opened one explicitly selected Mac entry. With approval on both devices, the user asked “What did I do?” The paired Mac's gemma4:e4b model replied: The journal entry states, “I took a short walk after lunch.” The answer returned to the iPhone while the original entry remained on Mac; the iPhone view was temporary

These are completed development demonstrations on the recorded devices and builds. The Mac demonstrations use Moirion's implementation of Metdol's integration specification. The 9 October on-device iPhone gallery shows a separate installation and AI path
